Return & Refund policy
Eligibility
- All unworn/unused items in original condition are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Returns will not be accepted for custom/personalized orders or damaged/worn items.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 7 days of our receiving the returned item.
- For exchanges, the refund will be processed once we receive the returned item and issue invoice for the replacement item.
- Refunds do not include original shipping charges or return shipping costs.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for a different sized/colored item of the same product within 14 days.
- Customer pays return shipping on unwanted item and is responsible for shipping on new exchange item.
- Please include a note specifying reason for return/exchange along with your order number.
